• Amendment 1 — Conservation-use acreage

  Would increase the maximum to 4,000 acres. The conservation-use covenant and consequences for breaking it would still apply.

• Amendment 2 — Nonpartisan probate-judge elections

  Would require every probate-judge election to be nonpartisan. It changes how those elections are conducted, not the duties of the office.

• Amendment 3 — Next Generation 9-1-1 Fund

  Would authorize a fund for expanding, maintaining and operating 9-1-1 systems, including Next Generation 9-1-1. The legislature could dedicate existing or reallocated revenues; unused money would remain in the fund.
