• Question 1 — Time for judicial confirmations

  Would extend the period to 60 days for appointments made between April 1 and December 31, when the Senate is out of regular session or nearing adjournment.

• Question 2 — RISE infrastructure bonds

  Would direct the legislature to authorize counties to issue Resilient Infrastructure for Shelter and Equity bonds for designated housing-related public improvements. Repayment would come solely from growth in property-tax revenue within designated districts, without increasing rates, and the bonds would be excluded from county debt limits.
