- Constitutional Amendment 1 — Limits on pardons around gubernatorial elections
Would prohibit pardons, reprieves and sentence commutations from 60 days before a gubernatorial election through the fifth Tuesday afterward. The ballot question describes the endpoint as inauguration; the proposed constitutional text specifies the fifth Tuesday.
