• Proposal 2026-1 — Constitutional convention

  Would convene elected delegates in 2027 to draft a general revision of the constitution. Any resulting revision would return to voters for approval or rejection.

• Proposal 2026-2 — Utility and contractor campaign contributions

  Would restrict contributions from regulated electric and gas utilities, certain government contractors and substantially connected people or organizations. It also expands disclosure rules to some communications that name candidates or questions without expressly advocating a vote, and covers online political communications.
