• Measure 1 — Approval threshold for constitutional amendments

  Would require 60% approval for constitutional amendments, whether proposed by petition or by the legislature, instead of a simple majority.

• Measure 2 — School meals without charges to families

  Would require public schools, including charters, to provide breakfast and lunch free to every enrolled student each school day. Nonpublic and tribal schools could participate. Schools must maximize federal reimbursement; the state pays the balance at specified rates, using Legacy Earnings Fund money if no other source is identified.
