• Question 6 — Constitutional abortion protection

  Would establish a constitutional right to abortion performed by a qualified health-care professional before fetal viability, and afterward when necessary to protect the pregnant patient’s life or health.

• Question 7 — Voter identification

  Would require photo identification for in-person voting and specified identifying information for mail voting, such as the last four digits of a driver’s-license or Social Security number.
