• Amendment A — Publication of proposed constitutional amendments

  Would replace the newspaper requirement with publication for 60 calendar days before the election in the manner specified by statute. The legislature could set the publication method through ordinary law.

• Amendment B — Threshold for tax-related statewide initiatives

  Would require 60% approval for statewide citizen initiatives creating a tax, expanding taxable items or transactions, increasing a rate, or reducing a property-tax rate less than current law would. It applies to votes after November 1,2026 and does not raise the threshold for all initiatives.
