- Proposition 1 — Homeowner property-tax exemption
Would exempt 50% of the assessed value of a qualifying primary-residence structure. Owners must have lived in Wyoming at least a year and occupied the home for six months in the prior tax year. An initial sworn claim and annual eligibility confirmation are required; one exemption per owner and property is allowed.
